Most packages are based on an event with 100 – 125 people. If you plan on having more than 125 or less than 100, please email Janice at sampsonshollow@aol.com and inquire about pricing.

What is included in all packages?

Use of The Barn (heated and air-conditioned), Sarah's Glen, meadows and white pergola, wet-weather spring and footbridge
Chairs set up for both ceremony and reception
Tables to accommodate up to 125 guests
Plus our signature services including;
Use of chauffeured golf carts to assist in transporting guests with special needs (such as grandparents) to ceremony site
Assisted transportation for bride and groom and their photographer to various sites on property for photographs
Chilled bottle water on ice and hand fans to enhance comfort of guests
Assisted/Valet parking (at no additional charge)
Use of bonfire pit privileges, in season
90 minutes provided for engagement, pre-wedding or post-wedding photos, based on availability

We strongly believe that each bride is unique. We apologize for the inconvenience, but prices are not listed with our package descriptions. After all, you don't want the same gown so why would you want exactly the same thing in every package? We can customize an event just for your wedding day. Please submit a request for information or contact one of our representatives for a personal consultation.

Daydream Package

Option A

Six hours use of property on day of event (wedding and/or reception
One hour for walk-through/rehearsal; not guaranteed for evening prior to wedding

Option B

Eight hours on day of event
Three hours for guaranteed rehearsal and decorating on afternoon/evening prior
Saturday evening rehearsal cannot be guaranteed for a Sunday wedding.
Use of farmhouse cabin for day/night of wedding

Off-Peak = January, February, March, last two weekends of November and December

Once Apon a Dream

The weekend package is designed for guests who would want to have more time on the property and additional features as part of the package. Based on 100 - 150 guests.

16 total hours on property

6 hours on Friday between the hours 2:00 and 10:00 which can be used for decorating, rehearsal, and the rehearsal dinner;
12:00 to 10:00pm (10 hours) on Saturday for wedding/reception
Choice of Wedding Coordinator, Horse and Carriage service, or use of 20X 30 tent;
Two nights in Little Farmhouse Cabin
Rose petal turndown of bed for honeymoon night
Strawberry and cheese tray for bride and groom
Sparkling cider and glasses

(Maximum of 150 guests)
Price will be discounted for less than 100 guests

Once Apon a Time Storybook Package

This package will accommodate up to 175 guests
(includes additional chairs and tables)

Friday from 3:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturday from 12:00 am to 11:00pm
(18 total hours of time for event)

Horse and Carriage Service
Shepherd's Hooks and French buckets with fresh flowers for aisle
20 x 40 white tent (for shade or poor weather conditions)
Wedding Coordinator for Friday evening and Saturday
Mason Jars with Tea Lights on Fence line (a SH signature service)
Unity Candle or Unity Sand for ceremony
Sparkler Exit for Bride and Groom
Little Farmhouse Cabin for two nights
Candle lit room and Rose Petal turndown of bed
Sparkling cider with Strawberry and Cheese Tray
Brunch delivered on morning following wedding or two embroidered white bath robes (to keep)
